Cagle’s second ad highlights small business background, tax cut

Casey Cagle, the leading conservative Republican for governor, today released a new campaign TV ad – “History” – that will be his campaign’s second to run statewide on broadcast, cable, and satellite. The ad highlights Cagle’s background as a successful entrepreneur, and focuses on his leadership in delivering the largest income tax cut in Georgia history.

“I am excited about our second advertisement,” Cagle said. “As an entrepreneur and businessman for 32 years, I understand what it takes to grow a business from the ground up. I led on the largest income tax cut in Georgia history because it’s good for our families and good for our businesses. I have a record of growing Georgia’s economy, and I know we can grow by 500,000 jobs in the first four years of my administration.”

The advertisement is Cagle’s second in a series of ads that will run non-stop until the May 22nd primary. “History” will be broadcast across the Albany, Atlanta, Augusta, Chattanooga, Columbus, Jacksonville, Macon, Savannah, and Tallahassee media markets.

Cagle’s campaign continues to be supported by a commanding lead in public and private polling. He has also been endorsed by over 100 sheriffs across the state, received unprecedented financial support, and grown a grassroots organization that covers the entire state.

Cagle has pledged to continue cutting taxes, deliver a comprehensive 10-year infrastructure plan, and create 500,000 new jobs in the first four years of his administration. He has also made workforce development a top priority, and will continue to lead on developing a world-class education system in Georgia.
