Casey Cagle, the leading conservative Republican for governor, today released a new campaign TV ad — “Pretenders” — that will be his campaign’s fifth to run statewide on broadcast, cable and satellite. The ad highlights Cagle’s proven, conservative record of cutting taxes, defending the 2nd Amendment, and protecting innocent life.
“This shows a sharp contrast between election year antics and real, conservative results,” Cagle said. “I’m running a campaign on a vision of what I will accomplish as governor, and I believe that my conservative record speaks for itself. There isn’t another candidate who has delivered on cutting income taxes by the largest margin in Georgia history, earning the endorsement of the NRA, or being named the Champion for Life from the Georgia Life Alliance.”
The advertisement is the fifth in a series of ads that will run nonstop until the May 22nd primary. The ads will be broadcast across the Albany, Atlanta, Augusta, Chattanooga, Columbus, Jacksonville, Macon, Savannah, and Tallahassee media markets.
Cagle’s campaign continues to be supported by a commanding lead in public and private polling. He has also been endorsed by over 100 Sheriffs, the National Rifle Association, Educators First, the Marietta Daily Journal, and earned the support of the Georgia Realtors.
Cagle has pledged to continue cutting taxes, deliver a comprehensive 10-year infrastructure plan, and create 500,000 new jobs in the first four years of his administration. He has also made workforce development a top priority, and will continue to lead on developing a world-class education system in Georgia.
