Casey Cagle, the leading conservative Republican for governor, today released a new campaign TV ad – “Difference” – that will be his campaign’s first to run statewide on broadcast, cable, and satellite starting at 10 a.m. The ad highlights Cagle’s partnership with Gov. Deal which has led to unprecedented economic growth for Georgia. This includes adding 40,000 new businesses and growing 600,000 jobs while cutting income taxes by $5.7 billion and earning the distinction of being the best state in the nation for business.
“I am excited for our advertisements to run statewide across all platforms,” said Cagle. “I am not running for governor because I need a job or a title: I am running to make a difference. Our ad focuses on the immense economic growth that our state has experienced due to our strong, conservative leadership, and a Cagle administration will continue to be laser-focused on creating even greater economic prosperity that leaves no Georgian behind.”
The advertisement is part of a larger $4.5 million media buy which will allow Cagle’s campaign to advertise non-stop through the May 22nd primary. “Difference” will be broadcast across the Albany, Atlanta, Augusta, Chattanooga, Columbus, Jacksonville, Macon, Savannah, and Tallahassee media markets.
Cagle’s campaign continues to be supported by a commanding lead in public and private polling. He has also been endorsed by over 100 sheriffs across the state, received unprecedented financial support, and grown a grassroots organization that covers the entire state.
Cagle has pledged to continue cutting taxes, deliver a comprehensive 10-year infrastructure plan, and create 500,000 new jobs in the first four years of his administration. He has also made workforce development a top priority, and will continue to lead on developing a world-class education system in Georgia.
