Casey Cagle, the leading conservative Republican for governor, today announced that Jim Kingston will join his campaign’s grassroots advisory committee. Cagle’s advisory committee is headlined by notable conservative leaders including former Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. Chairman Rayna Casey as well as Sue, Everhart, Justin Hawkins, Buddy Leger, Debbie McCord, Michael McNeely and Rose Wing.
“Lt. Governor Cagle has been a steadfast leader for Coastal Georgia,” said Kingston. “There’s no doubt about it. We’re all behind him down here. He’s got nearly every elected official endorsement, the ground game is on fire, and he performed extremely well here during the primary. We’re working even harder now and I am confident that July 24 is going to result in a strong victory.”
“I am excited about the strength of our grassroots network and Jim will only amplify our current support,” said Cagle. “Nita and I are extremely excited about our support in Coastal Georgia and we’re going to continue fighting for every vote. I know Jim will work alongside our leaders who’re working hard out of our Coastal GA HQ.”
Cagle is currently the frontrunner for the gubernatorial in the Republican primary. He has pledged to cut income taxes in his first 100 days, deliver a comprehensive 10-year infrastructure plan, and create 500,000 new jobs in the first four years of his administration. He has also made workforce development a top priority and will continue to lead on developing a world-class education system in Georgia.
